Levenhuk 320 BASE is a laboratory microscope suitable for microscopy research in various fields. It is perfect for studying biochemical specimens and can also be used for general clinical, morphological, and pathologo-anatomic analysis. Levenhuk 320 BASE Microscope is an excellent choice for scientific and educational institutes, clinics, or laboratories.
This microscope features a classic monocular head with a wide-angle eyepiece that provides 10x magnification. The head is 360° rotatable, with a 45° inclination angle. This design is practical for group research and lengthy observations.
A revolving nosepiece allows for the positioning of four objectives. Due to the achromatic optics, they deliver a sharp and contrast image without aberrations. A 100x objective lens can be used for observations using oil immersion. A bottle with immersion oil is included in the kit.
A mechanical stage is equipped with a practical mechanical scale for convenient work with microscope slides. Coarse and fine focusing adjustment knobs are used for adjusting sharpness. They are located on the microscope's body.
The illumination system consists of a halogen lamp located under a stage, and an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm. You can use light filters to enhance the contrast of a delivered image. The kit includes a blue filter. The illumination is powered by an AC power supply; you can adjust its brightness, if needed.
