The FALMOT-C12 underfloor heating controller automatically and permanently recalculates the optimum flow behaviour of the heating water, and directly based on the target temperature.

Heating or cooling? You choose
If you'd like to cool your floor as well as warm it, simply add a Multi IO Box to the motorised underfloor heating actuator.
Flexible control possibilities
Simply use the underfloor heating actuator by itself in stand-alone mode or as part of your smart home. You can use the actuator to control up to 12 heating zones.
With automatic hydraulic balancing
Manual hydraulic balancing isn't required. The Fraunhofer-IEE confirms: "At least equivalent to conventional hydraulic balancing.“
