The BasicBall is designed for all ground level photography and its maximum load capacity is 55 lbs. (25 kg). Nine different screw threads for the tripod legs fix the height at 2.4" (6 cm).
The use of the Novoflex telescope rods transform the BasicBall into a monopod, a duopod or a tripod. In combination with three Novoflex telescope rods the BasicBall provides an ideal tripod for all trekking-tours avoiding excess weight. This tripod weighs only 2.4 lbs. (1100 gr). Each Novoflex telescope rod is supplied with a wooden knob which covers the 1/4" tripod thread and a strap. Only the Novoflex telescope rods fit to the BasicBall.
In addition to this the BasicBall is perfectly designed for its combination with the Novoflex pan-tilt-head D IN O and the Novoflex MagicBall. The BasicBall excellently can be used as chest pod too.
