The 139cc AL5 46 SA is a 46cm, steel-decked petrol lawn mower with a 60-litre collector and a self-propelled drive. Powered by STIGA.
A 46cm machine with self-propulsion via the rear wheels, the Alpina AL5 46 SA will prove a fantastic purchase if you’re managing a medium- to large-sized lawn with slopes and sections of tussocky grass that would be impractical to mow with a hand-propelled model.
The AL5 46 SA is supplied with a capacious 60-litre grassbag that will keep you going for long periods between each stop for emptying. The bag has a ‘collector full’ warning indicator to let you know when capacity has been reached; and a smart-grip handle for straightforward removal and refitting.
Thanks to its steel-decked design, the AL5 46 SA will give season after season of unfailing service and won’t be troubled by any accidental impact.
A height-adjustable handlebar – with ergonomically-shaped grip – ensures a comfortable drive for any operator; while ball-bearing mounts help to keep the wheels rolling freely over time.
Convenience-features on the AL5 46 SA include simple single-point cutting-height adjustment; and a practical carry-handle.
Also important is the front grass-comb – this lifts the grass just before cutting, thereby making the finish beautifully neat and even.
