The Homematic IP Alarm Siren is part of the Homematic IP smart home system and scares burglars away with a sound pressure of up to 90 decibels. Furthermore, the alarm siren offers additional useful features. Because apart from the loud siren, two high-luminous LEDs generate additional attention. You can adjust the alarm sound by selecting between various different sounds.

Particularly useful are the signal sounds for activating and deactivating the alarm mode. Due to the radio communication, the innovative alarm siren can be operated wirelessly and the device can be positioned anywhere you want. As the design of the device is similar to a smoke alarm, the Homematic IP Alarm Siren can be mounted inconspicuously to ceilings, out of the reach of burglars. If, however, a burglar is able to reach the siren, an integrated tamper contact reliably detects manipulation and triggers and alarm.

With powerful 90 dB, the siren immediately triggers a loud signal tone in alarm cases and thus protects your home against unwanted intruders.

CREATE A SECURE HOME WITH HOMEMATIC IP

If motion is detected in the house, by a motion detector or window sensor for example, loud signal sounds and two bright red LED lights make sure that you are immediately warned. At the same time, the Homematic IP app informs users via push notification if something is wrong at home.

FAIL-SAFE AND RELIABLE

Alarms are triggered even without Internet or cloud connection thanks to direct communication between the devices. Even if the Access Point is destroyed, by a burglar for example, the alarm siren remains active.

The Homematic IP app provides a current overview of the smart home to ensure a secure feeling even when you are on the move. The integration of a Smartfrog camera additionally increases the security and always provides an up-to-date overview of your home.

COMFORTABLE VOICE CONTROL

In addition to operation by push-button, remote control or app, the desired alarm mode (absence or presence mode) can be activated (not deactivated) by voice command using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

FLEXIBLE MOUNTING WITHOUT CABLING

Thanks to battery operation, the device is easily mounted at any location. This allows the alarm siren to be conveniently mounted out of the reach of a burglar. Since the siren has been designed similar to a smoke alarm, the alarm siren adapts to the living environment of your home. In case of disassembly, the sabotage contact triggers an alarm and thus ensures additional security.

INDIVIDUAL ALARM SOUNDS

The acoustic and the optical alarm signal as well as the alarm duration can be adjusted via the app. The alarm siren can also be used in conjunction with a Homematic IP Smoke Alarm. In the event of fire, the alarm sound is additionally emitted via the alarm siren.
