Service from the Start - Gold delivers an exceptional level of technical service and expertise through Zebra's support centers and world-class service centers. This service provides advance replacement of Zebra devices requiring repair. Customers simply place a call to the service center and a replacement unit is shipped for next business-day delivery. Zebra also maintains the spares pool - alleviating the need for customers to manage and track replacement units. The Commissioning Service is also included so that replacement products are ready to use when received on site.

Devices requiring repair are returned to a Zebra-operated or supervised facility that employs the same test equipment and fixtures used in the manufacture of the equipment. Once repaired, the units are returned to the spares pool and made available for additional advance replacement requests.
