Pirelli extends the P ZERO™ family with the most comprehensive and versatile tyre in its portfolio. The aim for the new P ZERO™ ROAD tyre is to be the perfect solution for cyclists looking for balanced handling characteristics. It was specifically developed as a tire for training use by the fastest riders on the World Tour. The tire's construction is designed for use with a inner tube and Pirelli has incorporated Evo rubber compound and TechBELT braiding technology to achieve excellent reliability, ride comfort and puncture resistance while keeping the weight low.
Applications: performance and endurance bikes, marginal time trial bikes

The EVO rubber compound has all the technical characteristics for all-round performance: excellent rolling and traction, good grip and long life. The combination of these characteristics results in optimised and balanced tyre properties for the rider.
TechBELT
High-performance braid structure with an added layer of high puncture-resistant fabric under the tread to allow the jacket to provide excellent puncture resistance in a wide range of conditions. The combination of this layer and the skeleton layers of the braid allows for the most effective rolling resistance and weight parameters for this structure to be achieved for use with the inner tube.
