Instant Rice Porridge is an easily digestible porridge made from extruded rice without additional additives. It is easy to prepare, just pour warm water over it and flavour it to your liking. Add nuts, dried fruits and seeds for a delicious flavouring and to replenish nutrients. Porridge is gluten-free and is a great choice for digestive and bowel problems.
Preparation Instructions:

Pour one serving (50 g) into a bowl and cover with about 300 ml of warm water, milk or plant-based milk substitute.
Stir and let stand for 1 minute
