The closed impeller design, powered by a three-phase motor, improves efficiency, increases flow rate, and reduces noise while maintaining consistent coolant circulation.

A redesigned convex cold plate increases surface contact with the CPU heat spreader, improving heat transfer efficiency and helping maintain consistently lower temperatures under load.
