Equipped with the Intel JL82599EN chipset, it provides a stable and efficient connection for demanding applications in the data center or in professional IT environments.
The card uses a PCIe x8 interface in accordance with PCI Express Revision 2.0 and supports a variety of modern functions such as IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging, full-duplex flow control, receive side scaling (RSS) as well as checksum swapping and device queuing for virtual machines. Jumbo frames up to 16KB are also supported.
Compatibility with common protocols such as IPv4 and IPv6 as well as support for current operating systems makes the card extremely versatile. It is suitable for fiber optic connections with 10GBASE-SR, -LR, -ER and much more.
